Kickstart your mornings with an energizing group fitness class at the stunning Johnathan Young Windmill green. Whether you’re looking to elevate your fitness routine, stay on track while on vacation, or simply avoid the overcrowded gyms, these nature centered workouts are designed for YOU.

With expert guidance, personalized instruction, and a supportive environment, we will work together to reach our goals while staying accountable and challenging ourselves. Each workout session will incorporate a variety of functional and strength movements while emphasizing mobility and proper form.

What better way to start your morning than with a workout, breath of fresh air, and picturesque view of Town Cove! Join us Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s on the green. Equipment provided; just bring water, a yoga mat/towel, and a positive attitude!
