My passion for wellness and fitness has been a lifelong journey, deeply rooted in my upbringing. Surrounded by sports from a young age, movement was always at the heart of my environment.
As a Division I and II college lacrosse athlete, my days were filled with rigorous training sessions and practices, pushing my physical limits. However, after graduating and stepping away from athletics, I found myself struggling to establish a daily routine that provided balance but also kept me in shape.
This struggle led me to pursue my certification as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Earning these certifications has helped me reintroduce balance in my own life, but also equipped me with the knowledge to assist others in achieving the same.
As your personal trainer, my goal is to instill resilience, discipline, and Mindfulness in everything we do together.
